3 tbsp San-J Gluten Free Tamari
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
½ cup sesame seeds
4 green onions, sliced
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 pound green beans, steamed, sliced on a diagonal
Combine San-J Gluten Free Tamari, sesame oil, nutmeg and sesame seeds in a large skillet and heat.
Add green onions and mushrooms and cook until softened.
Add green beans and toss to coat.
You may substitute zucchini or broccoli for the green beans.
