juice of a lemon
salt & pepper to taste
¾ cup Simply Natural Organic Goddess Dressing
1 tbsp of fresh garlic minced
¼ cup of fresh mint
¼ cup of fresh basil
¼ cup of fresh coriander
1 – 2 tbsp of olive oil
1. Squeeze lemon juice on the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper
2. Marinate the fish with the dressing for 30 minutes to an hour
3. Remove fish from dressing
4. Bake at 350°F until done, about 15 -20 minutes. Serve with fresh herb sauce.
The herb sauce:
In a food processor chop: fresh garlic, mint, basil, parsley, coriander, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Once fish is ready, spread the herb sauce on top and serve on salad or grilled vegetables.
