Apple Peach Crisp

Ingredients

1 cup Nature’s Path MilletRice , crushed

1 cup Nature’s Path SoyPlus Granola

1/4 cup unbleached flour or whole wheat flour

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 apples, 2 peaches (fresh or frozen)

11/2  tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tbsp unbleached flour or whole wheat flour

Instructions
  1. Chop apples and peaches, place in 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle fruit with 1/2 tbsp flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Melt butter, mix with cereals and 4 tbsp flour. Spread over fruit mixture. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with ice cream, vanilla yogurt or custard.
