6 fresh figs cut into 1/4″ slices
1/4 cup soft goat cheese (chevre)
2 tbsp honey (optional)
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out the sliced figs on the parchment. Top with a 1/2 tsp dollop of goat cheese, 1/8 tsp dollop of honey (if using) and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Bake for about 4 minutes or until cheese is melty and figs are soft. Enjoy!
